The negotiation will continue, therefore, off-site and the purchase and payment procedures will be discussed directly with our personnel.

In accordance with the provisions of Article. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 “Code concerning the protection of personal data”, it is known that the personal data provided will be treated by Sagevan – Viale Zaccagna 6-54033 Carrara, MS, Italy.

1. Definition of treatment.
The processing of personal data carried out by Sagevan will consist of collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, deletion and destruction said data, or in combination of two or more of these operations.
